We're finally home after 2.5 months of construction.
The length of our displacement itself was a huge challenge... not to mention all the other stress that comes with a house fire.
All the while, we tried to make the experience fun for our kids. Still, I think they're just as excited to be back as we are.
We have lots of work ahead with the insurance company and cleaners, yet we feel like a huge weight has been lifted. For now, it's just good to be home.
