While she looks like a 6-month-old, she has quite the personality. Libby laughs at everything. She especially loves when people mimic her sounds & facial expressions. When she crawls --still her main mode of transportation--she pants and giggles. Libby asserts herself and has no problem wrestling with big brothers to get what she wants. Overall, she is happy, sweet, social, wiggly, and silly.
